Meet Julie

Hi, I'm Julie Marah, a Certified Life and Money Coach.

Who I Work With

I work with smart, self-aware professional women, and a few men, who are carrying emotional baggage from their present or past that they want to let go of. Their baggage is likely around relationships, money or other painful events from the past.

My clients want to rebuild their confidence and figure out what they want from their life so that they can go for it. They know, in their bones, there is more for them to do, be and have.

I help them figure out who they are today and what they need to let go of in order to create the future they want for themselves. Once they have clarity on that I help them get into action.

I believe we all have the ability to be the predominant creative force in our own lives, despite our circumstances. I believe our purpose is to create a life that is alignment with who we truly are. And to have fun doing it!

A Bit About Me
A few short years ago I was living a very different life to the one I have today. On the outside it looked like a pretty nice life.

Nice house.

Nice corporate job.

Nice car.

Nice husband.

Nice kids.

Nice friends.

Nice life.

Except on the inside it didn’t feel very nice. Or honest. It was a pretend life. I was pretend happy. I desparately wanted to BE happy and I tried really hard to make it so.

I had a husband, three great kids, a lovely house, two incomes. There was no reason we couldn’t be a happy family. But we weren’t. I wasn’t.

Deep down I knew the truth. But again and again, I argued with reality.

If only…

If only my relationship could be different.

If only my money could be different.

If only my job could be different.

If only my life could be different.

Then we could all live happily ever after.

No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t make reality different than it was. But it didn’t stop me trying.

In 2008 my beloved dad died. His death proved to be a catalyst.

Less than a year later, I’d left my corporate job of 22 years. And my marriage of 22 years. And I’d retrained to become a Life Coach.

These were not easy decisions. They were life-changing and would have a huge impact on the people I loved and cared about the most. I did not take them lightly.

But through the self-discovery process that coaching provides, I knew, absolutely, that they were the right decisions. And that clarity of thought was what got me through some extremely tough times that followed as a consequence of those decisions.

Through coaching, I dared to contemplate and explore the notion that I could live a bigger life. An authentic life that was in alignment with ME.

Today my life looks very different. I am a single mum to three boys and I have my own business as a Certified Life and Money Coach. I’m doing the work I was born to do and I’m in the process of creating a life I love.

It’s not all rainbows and butterflies. But I’m no longer pretend happy. This time it’s for real.

As a coach I help my clients to create happier, more fulfilling lives for themselves. I help them to create better relationships – with their loved ones, with their money and in the work they do.

But most important of all, I help them to create better relationships with themselves.
